Nomad Detailing - Terms & Conditions


1. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings are treated as requests until confirmed by our team.

  • Confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp within 24 hours to secure your appointment slot.

2. Access Requirements

  • Customers must provide access to an outdoor water outlet and a power plug point.

  • Please note that our service pricing covers only the detailing services and does not include the cost of utilities such as water and electricity. These resources are expected to be provided by the customer.

  • If access to a water outlet or power plug point is not available, please notify us in advance so we can bring our own equipment.

  • No additional charges will be applied for this arrangement.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in loss of deposit.

  • Rescheduling requests require a minimum of 12 hours' notice and are subject to availability.

4. Service Conditions

  • Pricing varies based on vehicle size, condition, and requested additional services.

  • Extra charges may apply for addressing heavy stains, pet hair removal, or excessive dirt.

5. Liability

Nomad Detailing will exercise the utmost care during the service; however, we are not liable for the following:

  • Pre-existing vehicle damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Issues arising from aftermarket accessories

6. Payment

  • Full payment is required upon completion of the service, unless a deposit has been requested beforehand.

  • Accepted payment methods include Cash, Bank Transfer, and E-Wallet.

7. Weather Policy

  • Appointments may be rescheduled due to unfavourable weather to ensure safety and maintain service quality.
